All of the team leaders are fully qualified as regular team members

Chief/Team Coordinator

        Provides overall leadership.

Director of Operations/Clinical Coordinator

        Mental Health Professional with operational responsibility for all interventions.

Director of External Education

        Coordinates all external training requests.

Director of Finance

        Maintains team funds..

Director of Internal Training

        Responsible for training of team members.

Director of Personnel

        Processes applications and reference checks.

Administrative Assistant

        Maintains team records.

The next position is not part of the team leadership structure.  However, they are important to mention as they with are part of the county department structure.

Department of Public Safety Liaison

        Full-time county employee with regular membership on the team.
