Capabilities

Many times, organizational leadership is presented with situational problems that they are unsure how to address.  The Montco CISM Team is available to assess these situations either over the phone or in person.  We help educate the leaders, and involved person(s), as to their options as we provide other insight.  Our role would be more of a sounding board.  As needed, referrals to other organizations can be done.

Assessment

Help with the identification of abnormal interpersonal and personal patterns.

Education

Provide insight and options as to courses of action.

Referral

Once the organizational leadership has a better understanding of the issue(s), suggestions for further action or referral can be offered.
