Montgomery County Critical Incident Stress Management Team

The Montgomery County CISM Team is comprised of very special volunteers.  They come from within your communities and do this as an additional activity in their lives.  They care about the people who care for our society.  All of these individuals in their primary activities are the ones who care for, or provide service to, society, too.  The team is truly comprised of the best our society has to offer.  They engage in an activity as old as man, ministering to the needs of their fellow men and women.

Team Leadership

There are 6 distinct leadership positions

The team has 4 layers of involvement:

Regular Members

Available for response 24 hours-a-day

Resource Members

Available only for disasters or similar

Referral Professionals

Organizations or individual professionals outside of our team for referral

Supplementary Members

Not qualified for, or interested in, response but still want to help out
